Osmo Wood Filler is a ready-to-use pasty wood filler for patching small holes, cracks and joints in wood and engineered wood.
Osmo Wood Filler is suitable for patching small cracks, holes and joints in wood and engineered wood products. All colours can be mixed with each other. After drying, the surface can be recoated with all Osmo wood coatings.



Storage
5 years or longer if stored in the originally closed container. Do not expose to frost or temperatures above 30 °C!

Surface preparation:
Clean any joints or holes in the wood, blowing them out or brushing them out if necessary.
Methods of Application:
Press the Wood Filler into the holes to be filled, applying light pressure. Trowel in Wood Filler until the surface is slightly raised, as the product will shrink slightly as it dries. Repeat the process if necessary. After drying completely, sand the surface so that the Wood Filler remains flush with the holes. Always wear a dust mask when sanding! Remove the sanding dust – the dried Wood Filler can be recoated with any Osmo coating.
Cleaning of tools:
With soap and water.
Drying time:
Allow to dry for approx. 1-3 hours, depending on the filling quantity and filling height.
Note:
All colours can be mixed with each other. Sand the wood filler with the same sandpaper grit as used to sand the wood surface.
Caution:
Contains mixture of CIT and MIT (3:1) (preservatives). May produce an allergic reaction.
Disposal:
Dispose of product residues according to the official guidelines (European Waste Code (EWC)-Code 08 01 12). Only completely emptied cans can be recycled.
