The oiled wood surface must be clean, dry and free of dust. Clean the surface thoroughly with Osmo Intensive Cleaner and rinse (damp mop) with clear water.

The finished surface and the product coverage are influenced by several factors, including the condition of the wood. Therefore, a trial application is always required, especially for unfamiliar surfaces.

Osmo Maintenance Oil is ready to use. Before use shake well, or stir larger containers (2.5 l or 10.0 l) well. With Osmo Flooring Brush, Flat Brush, a trowel  or Osmo Microfibre Roller, apply thinly and evenly to the clean and dry wood along the wood grain and buff with a white pad. Remove excess product. For smaller areas, Osmo Maintenance Oil can be applied with a lint-free cloth. Ventilate well while drying.

With Osmo Brush Cleaner (free of aromatic compounds).

Approx. 3-5 hours (normal climatic conditions, 20-23°C/ 50-65% rel. humidity). Ventilate well while drying. Lower temperatures and/or higher air humidity may increase drying times.

If the wood is raw or already greyed, the surface must be sanded and treated with Osmo Polyx®-Oil.

Keep out of reach of children.
